The Dangers of Hurricane Coverage

Those poor, poor FOX reporters...

Who watched with gleeful awe as Steve Harrigan of FOX News almost got sawn in half by a flying road sign in Everglades City this morning?
Who saw poor Trace Gallagher get blown about by 120 mile-an-hour winds in the streets of West Palm Beach?
It's like an accident waiting to happen.

Okay, hurricane reporter should be up there with the most dangerous jobs in America. Those poor suckers, why can't they get some nice cushy desk job, or at least report live from the National Hurricane Center. Couldn't we get a green screen for these guys?

FYI, I went to high school with Rick Reichmuth of FOX Weather.
He and I had our first radio jobs together at KNOT-AM/FM in Prescott, AZ.
